Wichita store purchases (made in person and phone orders)
Non-food regularly priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt. Tags must still be attached, and protective covers/packaging not removed.
Refunds are in the same form as the original payment, except for checks which will be refunded in cash after 14 days.
Close-out item sales are final, and no returns or exchanges are available.
Uniform purchases are subject to exchanges for the same item in a different size only.
Items purchased during special sale/discount events are subject to exchanges for the same item in a different size only. Special sale/discounts cannot be applied to during an exchange.
Customer is responsible if shipping is required for a return or exchange.
